Description:
Responsible to provide health maintenance for patients and ensure Standard of Care for the patient. Physician analyze and interpret data, formulated diagnosis and problem lists, and establish plans for the management of common and complex adult health problems. Treat problems with his/her scope of competence and exercise judgment on problems requiring consultation, referral or evaluation. Provide patient education in linguistic, appropriate manner on health matters pertaining to the patient. Manage common and complex chronic adult major illness.
