Our client is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner for their Family Practice/Primary Care position in Central California. The ideal candidate is board certified and must be licensed in California. Must be able to work independently and looking for someone with 2-3 years experience.

Responsibilities of the Family Practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner:

• Round on patients in facilities within  assigned geography


• Assist with different patients within Internal Medicine, Dialysis, Primary care, Cardiology and Nephrology


• Great Work-Life Balance- Monday-Friday  schedule-*Self-managed*.


• Will be covering a 40 mile radius working independently


• Clinical Lead of 2-3 Registered Nurses


• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation  of chronic  patients  required


• Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required.
