Block start dates: 8/9, 8/23, 9/6, 9/20, ongoing
Office hours: Monday-Thursday (8a-5p), Friday (8a-12p/noon), Sat/Sunday (Closed) - Wednesdays will likely be a half day (8a-12p/noon) with 24 hour call

Prior clinic experience - required
Description of call coverage: coverage of ED, Inpatient, Urgent Ambulatory patients, ICU
Adult-Pediatric (age 1 and up)

Required procedures: Laparoscopic surgery, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, chest tube insertion, central line insertion, and evaluating wounds

Preferred procedures: GI endoscopy - upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy

Processing time for privilege application: 2-3 months

Facility prefers clean history and no malpractice
