General case load - B&B, General and Gyn with/without robotics, ENT, Endo, Ortho, Neuro-mainly spine, sedation for pain management.

Shifts: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm (possible 10 or 12 hour shifts if desirable)

Very limited pediatrics, only PET under 2 y/o.

Level 3 trauma and no transplant.  

Cardiac a plus but not mandatory.

Provider will see ALL age ranges except pediatrics under 2 y/o.

NBCRNA Certified - Required

Ohio license - Required
Availability - Required
Clean Background/malpractice - Highly PREFERRED to meet start date
Local drive in provider - HIGHLY PREFERRED
