As a critical access hospital, quality of service is our primary focus which is why we have such a strong relationship with our hard-working community. With proven volumes that exceed 80 patients per day in certain locations, an efficient provider will thrive in the environment we have created to maximize their earning potential.
Physicians will receive:
• Income Estimate: $350,000 - $400,000+ (base with incentives)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus and potential profit share
• OPTIONAL paid weekend call 1x a month (Fri/Sat/Sun) for $3,000
• Support staff (including mid-levels) provided
• Strong local economy - over 50% private insurance payers and 11% cash payers
• Eligible for generous federal and state loan repayment programs
• Hospital employed with robust benefits package including 401k with 4% match
