Summary:

The Physician will provide patient care within assigned facilities, nursing homes, hospital rounds, or other patient care as assigned by the Medical Director. Call duties will be shared equally with all other Physician participating on hospital rotations. Physician works independently without day-to-day supervision of the performance of his or her work in all pahses of family practice, office, hospital, home, and long-term care. Physician will co-manage, observe, support, advise and consult on patients cared for by mid-level practitioners, and is directly responsible to the Medical Director.

Qualifications:

Current license to practice medicine in the State of California.
Current CPR certification.
Board Certified Family Practice Physician OR Board Eligible
Must maintain licensure and certification
Current California driver's license

Must have the ability to work well with others in a professional manner in a team oriented environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, work both independently and as a team. Must have the ability to work various shifts and rotate when needed to other sites.
