    $$ Negotiable Base Salary
    40% of Collections over $600,000 got to Physician
    Health Insurance paid 100% by employer for Physician and family
    401k after 1 year (Employer contributes 3-4.5% regardless of physician contributions)
    4 weeks' vacation
    1 week CME - $3,000 CME stipend
    Malpractice, DEA, Licensing & Subscriptions all covered
    25-30 Patients Per Day, Outpatients Only, Ages 2+ (Mix of walk-ins & scheduled appointments)
    8am-5pm Monday-Friday
    Basic Procedures - no casting - up to what the physician is competent with and prefers to be
    able to do
