What You Bring to the Role – Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in medical-surgical or telemetry settings
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to perform IV starts, manage tele, and tracheostomy care
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- BLS certification required
- Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Preferred oncology experience and previous travel experience are a plus
Ideal Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience working in diverse medical settings with rotating or flexible shifts
Other Requirements:
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Shift start date: June 15, 2026
- Willingness to work in mixed acuity environments, including PCU and MS patients
- Self-scheduling requests to accommodate your preferences, with final schedules balanced by staffing needs
- Certified or licensed in your state, with necessary travel or licensure reimbursements
- Oncology background preferred but not mandatory
