FAMILY PRACTICE (OP) MEDFORD AND ASHLAND OREGON
We seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary Care team in beautiful Southern Oregon located in Ashland, Grants Pass, and Medford OR – Full Time. Multiple positions to fill in each city
Candidates must be BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine. We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required.Highlights of the Opportunity Include:
Year 1 – Base salary of $230,000
Years 2 & beyond – Eligible for annual quality performance incentives of up to $40,000
Additional productivity compensation available based on performance
$50,000 signing bonus
$15,000 relocation assistance
$5,000 annual CME allowance
240 hours of authorized time off per year
