We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dynamic Cardiology team near Mapleton, OR. This is a full-time, permanent position with a well-established healthcare facility in a collaborative and supportive environment. Position Highlights:

Role: Cardiovascular NP/PA (permanent placement)

Location: Near Mapleton, Oregon

Shift: Four 10-hour days per week

Schedule: Day shifts; no weekends or on-call responsibilities

Work Setting: Combination of clinic and Cath lab
- Clinic: 15-18 patients/day
- Cath Lab: 6-8 patients/day
- Rotation: Alternate weeks between hospital and clinic settings

Supportive Team: Work alongside a high-caliber team including four staff physicians

Environment: Low-stress, supportive, with custom orientation tailored to your skills

Outreach: Opportunity to provide outreach to nearby critical access hospitals

Requirements:

Certification: Board Certified NP or PA

Licensing: Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inpatient Cardiology (excludes RN or training experience)

Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and judgment skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday

Good visual and auditory acuity, including color vision

Fine motor skills for handling instruments and devices

Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist patients with mobility as needed

Ability to work effectively under changing conditions and handle confidential information
