Requirements:

• License: Oregon medical license required


• Board Certification: Must be board-eligible or certified in OB/GYN


• Certifications: NRP required (no additional BLS, ACLS, or ATLS required)


• Experience Required: Proficiency in a range of OB/GYN skills, including:
  
  
  
  • Low and high-risk pregnancy management
  
  
  • Routine deliveries and C-sections
  
  
  • Complex OB/GYN procedures (e.g., vaginal birth after cesarean, breech, multiple births)
  
  
  • OB Ultrasound interpretation and performance
  
  
  • Minor and major gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic procedures

Call Responsibilities:

• Average Call Frequency: 3-4 phone consults per 24 hours


• Average Admissions: 1-2 per call period
