Job Details:

• Start Date: December 16, 2024, with the possibility for ongoing coverage.


• Location: Near Purdy, Missouri.


• Schedule: Shifts will vary between 7 AM - 7 PM and 9 AM - 9 PM.


• Shifts Available: Approximately 10 shifts per month, organized in 3-5 day stretches.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and treat a patient load of approximately 10 patients per shift in an inpatient setting.


• Provide expert care in both Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.


• Handle admissions and offer consults as needed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine with specialization in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine is required.


• Must hold a valid Missouri state medical license.


• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and ABLS.

Facility Details:

• Inpatient-focused role, with no outpatient care required.


• Epic EMR system is used.


• No hospital privileges required, but the credentialing process may take 60-90 days.


• No requirement for supervising advanced practice providers or residents.
