Job Details:

Location: Near Boyd, Wisconsin

Position: Anesthesiologist, Locum Tenens

Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient coverage, supporting a range of procedures

Start Date: ASAP, with the potential for ongoing coverage

Shifts: 10 or 12 hours, with call duties available

Team: CRNA supervision required

Key Responsibilities:

Anesthesia Coverage: Provide general, regional, and epidural anesthesia

Surgical Specialties:
- Complete Orthopedics
- Complex Vascular
- Neurosurgery (Head and Spine)
- OB/GYN
- Pediatric and Neonatal
- Pain management and post-operative care

Skills: Proficiency in spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia; CRNA supervision is required

On-Call Details: Beeper call; response times to be discussed

Required Qualifications:

Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years of residency completion

Experience: Minimum of two years in clinical practice

Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS

License: Wisconsin license preferred, but not required

Facility Features:

Level II Trauma Center

Technology: EMR system - Cerner

ORs: 5 operating rooms handling a range of specialty procedures
