- Hybrid-telehealth model with 50% remote visits
- No required call coverage
- Opportunity to treat children and adolescents
- TMS and esketamine treatment available
- Board-certified or board-eligible within 3 years
- Supervise up to 4 nurse practitioners or physician assistants
- Full-time employed position with flexible schedule
