We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 6-day assignment in Kentucky, starting May 18, 2026. This part-time role involves shifts from 9a-2pm, focusing on comprehensive primary care for patients aged 5 and older, managing general illnesses, performing physicals, and addressing chronic conditions, alongside attending case management meetings and supporting clinic staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide primary care and family practice services to patients aged 5 and older.
• Address acute illnesses including flu, cough, cold, and respiratory issues.
• Conduct physical examinations for children, men, and women.
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
• Administer children's immunizations as needed.
• Participate in case management meetings.
• Be available to clinic staff for medical case discussions for 1-2 hours daily.
