• Cross-credentialing required across two facilities

Clinical Details

• ED Beds: 19


• EMR: Meditech


• Broad specialty backup available including OB/GYN, Cardiology, Surgery, Trauma, and more

Requirements

• NP or PA – graduate of accredited program


• Board Certification: AANP/ANCC (NP) or NCCPA (PA)


• Active Virginia license required


• Active DEA with VA address


• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS (required), PALS


• Case logs (past 2 years) required


• CME documentation (past 2 years) required


• Must have all licenses and certifications in hand at submission
