To be considered you’ll need:- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Current license to practice nursing in any US state or Canada (Flint will assist with your license endorsement).
- One or more years of nursing experience in Behavioral Health service is preferred.

- Interact professionally with all patients, families, and team members, addressing concerns and serving as a supportive resource.
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols for a clean, safe environment.
- Use two patient identifiers consistently to enhance patient safety and reduce errors.
- Efficiently triage and prioritize patient care based on medical and surgical needs.
- Apply med-surg nursing best practices, performing tailored interventions for each patient.
- Work flexibly and responsibly, supporting the care team in a dynamic med-surg setting.
