Join RVNAhealth as an In-Home Outpatient Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant We’re hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for our In-Home Outpatient Therapy Program. Skills
Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program • Current Connecticut Physical Therapy license • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health or outpatient rehabilitation • Familiarity with Medicare Part B regulations and billing practices for in-home outpatient services • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills • Experience working in assisted living facilities is a plus ________________________________________ Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program • Current Connecticut PTA license in good standing • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (home health experience a plus) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with ability to travel daily within Fairfield County • Comfort using tablets and electronic documentation systems
