Patient Population: Orthopedic patients in a comprehensive healthcare setting

Assignment Dates: Ongoing, starting after completion of the interview and hiring process

Incentives:

Salary ranging from $104,040 to $141,727, depending on experience

Sign-on bonus up to $50,000

Additional $20,000 by joining a twice-per-month call group

Requirements:

State License: New York State Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain one)

Certifications: Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Experience: Prior experience in orthopedics is preferred but not required; training provided

In this Role:
As a Physician Assistant in a healthcare facility in southern Otsego County, NY, you will be joining a permanent position with responsibilities across the clinic, hospital floor, and operating room, caring for general orthopedic patients including post-surgical follow-ups. This role is ongoing and will commence upon hiring. The position offers the chance to collaborate with a well-established team of 13 Orthopedic Surgeons and 15 Advanced Practice Clinicians within a progressive, academic health system affiliated with Columbia University.
