Position: Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant

Job Duration: Full time/Permanent

Setting: Hospitalist role in a critical access hospital

Patient Population: Inpatient, including admissions, discharges, and rounding

Assignment Dates: Ongoing, with night, evening, and day shift hours required

EMR: Cerner

Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $50,000

Requirements:

State License: NY state licensure

Certifications: National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, BLS, and ACLS (courses may be taken through Bassett shortly after starting), DEA

Experience: Previous inpatient experience preferred, but not required

You will join an established group of Hospitalist Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians at a hospital in Herkimer County, NY. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions, discharges, and rounding. You will work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and days.
