Emergency Medicine Physician - $220-$280/hr + $50K Sign-On | San Antonio, TX Location: San Antonio, TX

Position Overview Join a collaborative and efficient Emergency Department in San Antonio, designed for quality care and strong team support. This is an excellent opportunity for Emergency Medicine physicians or Family/Internal Medicine physicians with ED experience seeking a balanced, well-supported environment. - Annual Volume: 14,000 visits
- ED Beds: 9
- Inpatient Beds: 6
- Admission Rate: 5%
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 24-hour physician coverage + APP support
- EMR: Picis
Qualifications - Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
OR - Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
- Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
Compensation & Incentives - Hourly Rate: $220-$250/hr (W2) | $240-$280/hr (1099)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
- CME/BEA: $4,000 annually (tax-free)
- New Grad Support: $6,500 + state license & DEA covered (Year 1)
