Description
Duration: July / August 2026 - Ongoing
Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month
Shift: Monday - Friday 8a-5p + Call
Volume: 18 patients per day in clinic
Scope: 100% Outpatient General Neuro + Inpatient ED call
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: Level 3 trauma center
Required: Board Certified with Oregon license
*client will consider non-licensed candidates if provider can offer 3-4 weeks per month*
