Education: NP or PA
License: Virginia
Certifications required: BLS
Years of Experience: 1 year of experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care setting

Facility Details:
Dates/ Schedule: Start date is ASAP
Patient Population: All ages
Hours: Full time
Must be able to work at least 10 days a month to submit for approval.
