SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Vermont. Coverage is needed Aug 10 and ongoing through 2026.

Qualifications:
-Active VT license; or compact
-ACLS, PALS, BLS (AHA) DEA
-Must be proficient in blocks, spinals, and epidurals
-Call: one day per week

Job Summary:
Shift times: 7a-3p or 5p
Call Details (if applicable): 3p-7a 1x per week
Case types (if applicable): Ortho, Gen, Endo, OBGYN, Peds, URO, Ent , Eyes, Plastics
8hr Guarantee 
60 to 90 days cred (temps available)
EMR: Medaxion
Rate- 275/hr for regular shift, beeper call 300, callback 315, weekend beeper 1200.
