What You Bring:
- Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- At least 1 year of experience in telemetry or a similar clinical setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams
- Excellent critical thinking and adaptability skills
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Additional certifications related to cardiac care or patient safety
- Bilingual abilities or multicultural competence
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in telemetry or cardiac units
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex patient needs with professionalism and compassion
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM) with every other weekend commitment
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Compliance with all organizational and state-specific licensing, certification, and employment policies
