Working under the supervision of the Owner & Clinical Manager, the Clinician will provide counseling services to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. The Clinician will gather client information, understand the client’s current needs and history, create treatment plans based on information gathered, and regularly meet with the client to assess progress toward established goals.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Conduct initial intake session with client in collaboration with Administrative Support
•  Diagnose disorders based on information gathered from intake session
•  Create treatment plan in collaboration with client
•  Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plan as needed
•  Advise client regarding corrective actions and coping mechanisms to manage condition
•  Meet regularly with client in-person or virtually to assess current mental/emotional state
•  Facilitate counseling sessions with individuals, families and/or groups
•  Complete client documentation within 48 hrs. of session and maintain records for review
•  Consult with other healthcare providers as needed
•  Refer client to other resources as needed for additional support
•  Comply with all laws/regulations, standards & safety protocols for counseling profession

Education and Qualifications:

•  Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
•  At least two years of previous clinical experience as a professional counselor preferred
•  LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT preferred
•  LLPC/LLC (Limited Licensed Counselor) will be considered
•  Current with all state licensing requirements
•  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•  Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust
•  Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•  Ability to manage priorities and exercise empathy/compassion
•  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Competitive Fee Splits (40/60 for limited licensed, 60/40 for fully licensed)
