Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.Duties and Responsibilities Implement physical therapy treatment plans as established by the Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion Assist with mobility, gait, balance, and fall-prevention training Perform transfer training (bed, chair, standing, and walking) Apply therapeutic modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation Monitor patient tolerance and response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist Accurately document therapy sessions and patient progress in accordance with clinical standards
Skills
