Description
Speech Language Pathologist needed for inpatient/outpatient mixed setting in Windsor, VT
13 weeks
8hr days, 24hours guaranteed per week, with the chance for 32hrs weekly
Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
Must have all RTO included at time of submission (no more than 5 days of RTO).
Must have VT license in-hand at time of submission.
Minimum 3 years of recent INPATIENT experience - Required
Experience in a Critical Access facility - Required
Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology - Required
CERNER EMR experience – Required - This is non-negotiable!
Travel experience - Preferred
Position: Speech-Lang Pathologist

Licenses/Certifications: NPI NUMBER, State License-Speech Therapist-Vermont, CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
Physical Abilities: Up to 20lbs
