The Kenny Rogers Children's Center is a pediatric, outpatient therapy facility providing physical, occupational and speech therapy to children with special needs, ages birth to 21. We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. About the Opportunity:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated PT’s, OT’s and Speech therapists that pride themselves in providing quality pediatric therapy to area state and public schools in addition to serving at our facility. We proudly use state-of-the-art equipment and have had a prominent reputation in the community for over 50 years!Benefits:

Skills
Function: Evaluate, establish, implement & re-assess Individualized Occupational Therapy programs for children.
Job Description:
1. Screen and evaluate children using standardized test, clinical observations and caregiver inquires.
2. Establish & implement individualized treatment program including child’s history, strength, weaknesses therapeutic interventions & goals.
3. Reassess child’s performance an ongoing basis and adjust treatment program accordingly.
4. Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program.
5. Participate as an active member within a multi-disciplinary team.
6. Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary).
7. Participate in on-going continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
