Certified Case Manager / Office AdministrationRole and Responsibilities: In this role the Lead Case Manager will work in a dual position of office administration and case management for mental health clients. This position requires being able to set the right climate and culture within the clinic for both employees and clients. · Operate as the face of the company managing clients and issues from the front desk · Track client enrollment into the Fox grant program, their progress throughout, and their assessment needs · Organize referrals to service, contacts with the VA, and maintain a community presence · Ensure a professional environment is being maintained within the clinic · Build a repository of community services and contacts · Identify and solve potential client issues · Work on a treatment team that reviews client cases and needs · Ability to learn new operational systems such as UniteUs, PandaDocs, OKVALOR · Fits within a culture of being relaxed, personable, professional, and creative in nature · Entrepreneur Minded
