Oasis Counseling is a private outpatient mental health group looking for Full-time Licensed Counselors (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) and Post-Master's Interns for our Summerlin and Henderson offices. Telehealth providers also being considered. Ability to work with Children/Adolescents/Families a plus. Prefer DBT and EMDR certification. Must possess a Master’s Degree and licensed or licensed eligible in their respective discipline in the State of Nevada. We are looking for that gifted person who is optimistic, independent-minded, self-confident, with a positive sense of humor.

We are very focused on our culture of caring of the people we serve. Responsibilities include: client evaluation, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and consulting. All aspects of business that are usually draining and time consuming for the clinician are run by the administration including: marketing and advertising, patient referrals, billing, collections, insurance work, etc.

Compensation:

Option for Employment or Independent Contractor:

o Employment Packages of $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year

o Option to work as an Independent Contractor averaging around $60.00 per hour or Employee
