Audiologist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Position Highlights

  • Flexible Audiology Schedule: Choose a part-time or full-time schedule with 2–4 day workweek options tailored to your preferred work-life balance
  • Modern Hospital-Based Practice: Practice in a patient-centered hospital setting featuring updated audiology equipment, private office space, and strong operational support
  • Collaborative ENT Environment: Work closely with an experienced ENT provider and long-tenured clinical staff in a stable, community-focused organization
  • Audiology Program Growth: Help expand and shape a growing audiology service line with strong patient demand and long-term sustainability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary ranging from $92,000–$100,000 annually based on experience
  • Productivity Incentives: RVU-based bonus structure with additional earning potential
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full health, dental, retirement, malpractice coverage, and additional employee benefits
  • Professional Development Support: $3,000 CME allowance, 5 CME days annually, and reimbursement for licensure and professional fees up to $2,500

Qualifications

  • Degree: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required
  • Licensure: Eligible for or able to obtain Illinois audiology licensure
  • Clinical Skillset: Strong diagnostic audiology experience preferred with interest in expanding hearing aid and rehabilitative audiology services
