Required Skills:
- Active California RN license and CA DEA registration
- Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) eligibility
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proven experience in anesthesia delivery and patient management
- Strong clinical judgment and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in outpatient surgery settings
- Experience with advanced anesthesia techniques
- Familiarity with electronic health records and case documentation
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based anesthesia experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Experience with case logs and privileging requirements
Other Requirements:
- Availability to commit to at least two weeks or more per month starting August 1, 2026
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with guaranteed 8-hour shifts and overtime after 8 hours
- Flexibility to handle travel reimbursements and adhere to specified travel policies
- Up-to-date CV with all hospital affiliations, along with completed privileging documentation
