Required Skills:
- Proven experience in cardiology (minimum of [X] years preferred)
- Active and unrestricted Georgia DEA license
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system
- Knowledge of cardiac procedures and protocols
- Experience completing protocol agreements with medical boards
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP-C or equivalent) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Minimum of [X] years of cardiology-specific practice
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Willingness to participate in Epic training sessions (every other week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) post-credentialing
- Commitment to completing protocol agreements with GCMB before starting
- Compliance with all hospital, state, and federal licensing requirements
- Ability to complete necessary credentialing processes in a timely manner
