Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)!
Are you a skilled CRNA looking for a dynamic opportunity to make a difference in patient care? We are seeking dedicated and experienced CRNAs to provide top-tier anesthesia services across two reputable facilities. This role offers a unique chance to work in varied clinical environments, delivering both supervised and unsupervised anesthesia care, and to be part of a supportive team committed to your professional success.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience
- Proficiency in providing epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks
- Strong OB experience, including VBAC/TOLAC
- Ability to perform both supervised and unsupervised anesthesia procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Comfort with pediatric and adult patient populations
Nice to Have Skills:
- TEE certification or cardiac case experience (not mandatory)
- Experience supporting Unsupervised care models
- Flexibility with shift hours and call responsibilities
- Ability to efficiently manage emergent and elective cases
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active Minnesota RN license with CRNA certification
- Prior experience in both hospital and outpatient settings
- Proven capability to handle weekend and evening call rotations
Other Requirements:
- Respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes; on-site sleep rooms available if needed
- Willingness to float between facilities (Owatonna and Faribault)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety protocols
