Required Skills:
- Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact State license
- TNCC, BLS, and ACLS Certifications via AHA
- Proficiency in EMR-EPIC documentation
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to perform Point of Care testing and make sound clinical decisions
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic clinical situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in critical care settings
- Travel nursing experience
- Additional certifications such as PALS or CCRN
- Bilingual abilities for diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care or Emergency Department settings
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently on night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous professional growth
- Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and participate in team initiatives
