Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Douglas, Georgia: Start your assignment in Douglas, GA and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will evaluate patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and document care and outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe, effective rehabilitation in the home setting.
Required qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active Georgia PT license, and current CPR or BLS certification. Experience in home health care and strong communication skills are recommended.
