We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our Emergency Department team. This is a 0.85 FTE position (34 clinical hours per week) with responsibilities across two campuses.

About the Emergency Departments

• 
  

  Campus A: >35,000 visits annually, full-service ED with inpatient services on campus (ICU, med/surg, L&D, Psychiatry)

  
  
  
• 
  

  Campus B: >18,000 visits annually, community-focused satellite emergency department

  
  
  
• 
  

  Both departments share a common Meditech EHR for seamless coordination

  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide direct emergency care across all acuity levels

  
  
  
• 
  

  Perform histories, exams, diagnostics, and procedures within scope

  
  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with ED physicians, nursing, and consultants

  
  
  
• 
  

  Support quality, patient safety, and throughput benchmarks

  
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Licensed PA or NP in Massachusetts

  
  
  
• 
  

  ACLS and PALS required

  
  
  
• 
  

  ?1 year of active Emergency Department practice

  
  
  
• 
  

  Skilled in ED procedures (suturing, splinting, I&D, fracture care)
