Wabash Valley Health Center
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday: 730-630 (extended hours rotated by providers on staff), Tuesday through Friday: 8-5. Each provider gets a half-day per week for admin time</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 16-20</li> <li>Call Schedule: One week after-hours call; typically 5 times a year</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $265,000, depending on experience. Sign-on + relocation assistance are negotiable, plus a health center performance bonus. </li> <li>Benefits:

This person will function as an independent and interdependent member of the healthcare team within our Federally Qualified Health Center. This person will assess, plan, and provide care in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
Supervisory requirements include providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff and medical students.
?Qualifications
- Must obtain licensure in the state of Indiana
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Current CPR certification
- Meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals
