NEW Occupational Therapist Opening – West Palm Beach Florida Area

We’re seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team in Palm Beach County. This is a full-time day shift position with rotating weekends at a large, modern hospital known for advanced care across multiple specialties.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans to improve function and independence

• Deliver skilled therapy interventions in alignment with physician orders and patient goals

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and families on techniques, adaptive strategies, and ongoing care

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes and patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT)

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

• At least 1 year of experience preferred, new grads welcome!

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
