URGENT CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER & PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and treat all common urgent care cases for patients of all ages.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per approved standards.
- Educate patients and families on follow-up care.
- Treat patients and their families with utmost respect, safety, and dignity.
COMPENSATION, SCHEDULING, AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR URGENT CARE FNPs & PAs:
- Starting hourly rate up to $82 per hour.
- Daily $30 per-patient volume incentive earn for each patient treated above established threshold.
- Work fulltime only three days per week!
- Automatic 2-hours of penalty at 2X hourly rate for solo-shifts!
- Opportunities for overtime, if desired.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS (FNP) AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS (PA):
- Minimum of 1-year of NP/PA clinical practice experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting. (Sorry, we are unable to consider candidates who do not meet this minimum.)
- Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Degree (NPs), and AANP or ANCC Board Certification
- Master of Physician Assistant Studies (PAs) and NCCPA Board Certification
- California NP or PA Licensure
- California Furnishing License (NPs only)
- California-issued DEA license.
- Proficient at IV access for blood draw and administering drugs.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
