Description
Outpatient Practice
Clinic Hours – Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8am to 5pm
Tuesday & Thursday 8am – 7pm
Saturday 8am to 12pm
Call – shared amongst 20 providers
Patients - adolescents and adults - Not needing pediatric care
Volume – 22-24 patients per day
Staff - 3 NP’s, 1 PA and 1 LCSW
On-site Lab & Pharmacy
EMR – NextGenQualifications –
Board Certification Family Practice
Texas License – Active and Unrestricted
