The Facility is needing a full time locums to work Clinic and ER.
ER Census is low (avg visits per day - 4). Providers share ER responsibility
and call. This is a full range need, meaning the Provider will do rounds in the
morning, outpatient clinic in the day and take ER calls if needed. The clinic is
attached to the hospital for all labs, x-rays, etc.
Job Details:
Avg PPD: 15, Clinic; ER 2-4 (if scheduled to cover ER)
Schedule: 4 days week, With 1:4 Weekend Call & 1 call each weekday
night. 2 Weeks on, 2 Weeks off
Clinic is open 5 days a week, but Provider will be off following a “call”
day.
EMR: Clinic: Meditech (transitioning to Evident in December)
EMR: ER – Tsheets
Credentialing: 3 weeks
Daily Hospital Census: 4
