Description
Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family

No Call/ No Weekends/ No Holidays
BC/BE (truly BE)
Current OK licensed preferred
Average patients per day = 20-25
EMR = Emeds
Will report to CMO
Credentialing time frame: 30 days (for perm)
Must be able to see ALL AGES
FP with OB experience a plus
