Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in North Western Illinois that is in need of a permanent Primary Care provider to join their outpatient team. The Ideal candidate would be a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician.Details:
• M-F 9a-5p
• Call rotation 1:4
• 20-24 PPD
• All ages
• EMR: Cerner Requirements:
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
