Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in eastern Arizona that is in need of a permanent provider to join their outpatient team. The Ideal candidate would be a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner.Details:
Outpatient Setting
Mon-Thur or Tue-Fri 7a-6p (Closed 12-1 for lunch)
No call/No weekends – No Holidays
All ages – Primary care
Will be solo provider
20-25 PPD
EMR: NexGen Requirements:
Current/Unrestricted AZ license
