Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in Illinois that is in need of permanent Family Physician to join their team. The Ideal candidate would be a Board Certified or board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Mon-Fri 9a-5p
• Call rotation 1:4
• See 20-24 patients per day
• Newborn-adult
• EMR: Cerner
• Team based care
• Spanish speaking preferred
