Yuma Facility:
Level 1 Trauma Designation
ED is set up into 3 wings to handle patient flow based on acuity levels - All patients go through a Screener and most labs/tests are run by the time the physician sees the patient.
2 Hospitalist groups handle all admissions
Epic EMR system with Dragon dictation
Facility will only accept ABEM physicians
Active AZ medical license preferred, but willing to license qualified physicians
4-5 week credentialing process

Mesa Facility:
25,000 annual ED volume
30 ED bed size
Level III trauma designation
MedHost EMR system
Single/Double physician coverage varies on time of day
APP coverage 8 – 10 hours/ day and there is a Fast Track
Designated Trauma Team
Specialty back-up available
