Catapult Healthcare is a national locums and physician placement firm offering contract assignments and permanent placement opportunities Nationwide. At this time, we have an immediate need for a locum tenens Hospitalist physician for our client's Northern Virginia facility.
Facility Overview
Critical Access Hospital
25 beds
6 ICU beds
18-20 patients on average during the day- including new admissions, rounding, discharges, and transitional care beds
3-5 patients on average during the night
Admits: 3-4 during the day, 2-4 during the night
NO procedures required
Running codes required
NO Call required
EMR Used: Executive Health
Shift Schedules: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
Physician must be comfortable working without back up on the night shift
Must also be comfortable working with a Mid-Level (Monday-Friday 8a-5p) Requirements Board Certified Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine
Minimum Shift Requirement: 5 Shifts/Month
