ANESTHESIOLOGIST LOCUMS COVERAGE NEEDED AT WEST FLORIDA HOSPITAL
West Florida Healthcare offer all private rooms to their patients. This facility is the area's only Atrial Fibrillation Certified hospital and was the area's first Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. This facility is also an Advanced Primary Stroke Center. The West Florida Healthcare campus includes the all private room acute care hospital, a mental health facility, and the area's only CARF-accredited, comprehensive physical rehabilitation hospital.
West Florida Hospital's $32 million surgical wing features 12 new operating suites, new and expanded pre-operative and Recovery Room areas, and state-of-the-art equipment. In this spacious, modern environment, the surgeons and staff are better equipped than ever to deliver exceptional patient care, West Florida Hospital's number one goal.
In addition, West Florida Hospital offers some of the area's most advanced surgical technology, including the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System and a fully Digital Operating Room. This is a care team model of 6 Anesthesiologists and 13 CRNAs. Cases consist of General surgery, cardiac, neuro, healthy peds, Ortho, Robotic surgery, OB/GYN, Urology, Vascular, B&B, GI and cath lab.

Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board Requirement: Board-certified/Board-eligible
Schedule: Full time starting at 6:15 am
Shifts: Varied
Procedures: Must be able to perform both peds and adults cases: Cardiac is not required
EMR Type: GE Perioperative
Trauma Level: N/A
License Requirement: Able to present with pending license
Privileges: 30 days -60 days
